Machine Debugging

1. Power on Test

         Plug in the 220V power supply, turn on the power switch on the sandblasting machine, the power indicator light will turn on, and at the same time, the lighting inside the sandblasting chamber will turn on, and the fan will start.

2. Spray Gun Ventilation

          Close and fasten the sandblasting cabin door, connect the 7.5 Kw air compressor air source, and then twist the pressure regulating valve to make the pressure gauge swing. The spray gun should spray a stable airflow.

3. Add Abrasives

           Remove 5-7 kilograms of selected abrasive and place it in the cabin. When adding abrasive, open the cabin sand door and pour the abrasive onto the mesh plate. The sand will automatically leak out. The amount of abrasive added should not be too much to meet the circulation requirements. The added abrasive must be dry and free of debris. (Note that the abrasive must be dry and free of impurities, otherwise it will affect the circulation of the abrasive)

Answer : For surface cleaning or replacement of hardware, iron, metal, steel, molds, etc., brown corundum and white corundum should be used. Stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and zinc alloy products do not require further treatment after sandblasting, or glass beads are used for surfaces that require brightness. White corundum is suitable for materials such as crystal, acrylic, and glass. (Acrylic sandblasting depends on the desired effect. If the requirement is very foggy, glass sand is generally sprayed. If the requirement is higher, white corundum can be used. If the requirement is not very exposed and has a certain degree of transparency, glass beads must be used. Therefore, the sand material and the thickness of the sand material can be selected according to the actual effect.).
